Love for Certain Work - Amor por cierto trabajo - 170

Love for Certain Work Traveling is as refreshing for some as staying at home is for others. Solitude in a mountain place fills with companionship for this one, and weariness for that one. This person loves being in charge of the workings of a community. This other one loves the ways heated iron can be shaped with a hammer. Each has been given a strong desire for certain work, a love for those motions, and all motion is love. The way sticks and pieces of dead grass and leaves shift about in the wind and with the directions of rain and puddle-water on the ground, those motions are all following the love they have been given.

Amor por cierto trabajo Viajar es tan refrescante para unos como quedarse en casa lo es para otros. La soledad en una montaña hace que uno se sienta acompañado y que otro sufra hastío. A esta persona le encanta hacerse cargo del funcionamiento de una comunidad. A este otro le fascina como el hierro caliente se puede moldear con un martillo. A cada quien se le ha dado un fuerte deseo por hacer cierto trabajo, un amor por esos movimientos, y todos los movimientos son amor. Asi como las ramas, los restos de pasto seco y las hojas se mueven y cambian de lugar con el viento y con la dirección de la lluvia y los charcos de agua, todos estos movimientos siguen el amor que les ha sido dado.

Commentary: ​What about work without love? Could an inauthentic life be at the root of many addictions?

Our tastes can evolve. I use to hate peppers but now I like them by slowly working them into my diet. I believe that the work we love can also evolve. I loved engineering but now I love teaching psychology.

Comentario:  ¿Qué pasa cuando el trabajo se hace sin amor? ¿Será que una vida inauténtica es la raíz de muchas adicciones?

Lo que nos gusta puede evolucionar. Antes me chocaba el sabor de los  pimientos pero poco a poco los fui añadiendo a mi dieta y ahora me encantan. Pienso que el trabajo que amamos también puede evolucionar. Me gustó ser ingeniero, pero ahora me fascina ser maestro de psicología.
