Fierce Courtesy The connection to the Friend is secret and very fragile. The image of the Friendship is in how you love, the grace and the delicacy, the subtle talking together in full prostration, outside of time. When you are there, remember the fierce courtesy of the one with you.

Intensa Cortesía La conexión con el amigo es secreta y muy frágil. La imagen de esa amistad se representa en la forma como amas, la gracia y la delicadeza, la conversación sutil entre ambos totalmente postrados, fuera del tiempo. Cuando estés ahí recuerda la intensa cortesía de quien está contigo.

Commentary: ​Zen Buddhist say that a profound unfolding potential is constantly knocking on the door of our consciousness, calling it the ‘Mothers’ Supreme Order.’ This can be thought of as a song playing in the background of consciousness. When the ambient noise of the world is turned down (meditation, silence, and emptiness) this song will begin to dominate the ambient noise and we will become rhythmically entrained with the once unheard song. (See The Whole Heart of Zen by John Bright-Fey) Then the connection with the Friend will no longer be fragile and the secret will shine through the veil of the human being.

Comentario: El Budismo Zen dice que la posibilidad de desenvolverse profundamente está continuamente tocando a la puerta del consciente, lo llaman “El orden supremo de la Madre”.  Lo puedes imaginar como una canción que continuamente toca de fondo en la conciencia. Cuando se reduce el volumen del sonido del medio ambiente (meditar, guardar silencio o percibir el vacío) esta canción empieza a subir de volumen hasta que domina el ruido del ambiente y se empieza a sincronizar con la canción no escuchada. (Ver el libro El Corazón Completo del Zen por John Bright-Fey). Cuando esto sucede la conexión con el Amigo ya no será frágil y el secreto brillará a través del velo de ser humano.
