Back Pain - Dolor de espalda - 346

Back Pain Muhammad went to visit a sick friend. Such kindness brings more kindness, and there is no knowing the proliferation from there. The man was about to die. Muhammad put his face close and kissed him. His friend began to revive. Muhammad's visit re-created him. He began to feel grateful for an illness that brought such light. And also for the backpain that wakes him in the night. No need to snore away like a buffalo when this wonder is walking the world. There are values in pain that are difficult to see without the presence of a guest. Don't complain about autumn. Walk with grief like a good friend. Listen to what he says. Sometimes the cold and dark of a cave give the opening we most want.

Dolor de espalda Mahoma fue a visitar a un amigo enfermo. Tal muestra de bondad genera más bondad y nunca se sabe donde va a proliferar. El hombre estaba a punto de morir. Mahoma se inclinó y le dio un  beso.   Su amigo empezó a revivir. La visita de Mahoma lo recreo. Empezó a agradecer por esa enfermedad que le había traído tanta luz. Y también por el dolor de espalda que lo despierta en la noche.    No es necesario roncar como un búfalo cuando esta maravilla está caminando por el mundo. Hay valores en el dolor que son difíciles de ver sin la presencia de un huésped. No te quejes del otoño. Camina con la aflicción como con un buen amigo. Escucha lo que tiene que decir. A veces el frío y la oscuridad de una cueva nos dan la abertura que más deseamos.

Commentary:  An unwanted situation may bring more gifts than any desired situation. Unconditional gratitude releases the receiving.

Comentario:  Una situación no deseada puede traer más regalos que una situación esperada. La gratitud incondicional nos ayuda a aceptar esos regalos, aun cuando no nos gusten.
