Commentary: I often live inside an illusory prison of past and future. The past is used to weigh, on a scale of reason, everything encountered for its personal impact on my future. This is being a servant to ego, not the ocean, and the result is emptiness, not sweetness. The nest near the ocean is just a conscious breath of surrender away.

Comentario:  Muy seguido vivo en la prisión ilusoria del pasado y el futuro. El pasado pesa en la báscula de la razón todo lo que he hecho y como afectará mi futuro. Es un sirviente del ego, no del océano, y como resultado me siento vacío en vez de percibir la dulzura. Una respiración consciente y sentir el presente me colocan en el nido cerca del océano.
